Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with opportunities for additional hours based on project needs

About the Role
This role focuses heavily on roofing work that supports HVAC installations in new construction and commercial environments. You will be working on rooftops installing AC stands, curbs, penetrations, flashing, and related components that ensure HVAC systems are properly supported, sealed, and compliant. Attention to detail, safety, and coordination with HVAC teams are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and secure AC stands, curbs, and related rooftop supports
- Perform roofing work associated with HVAC installations, including penetrations and flashing
- Support new construction and commercial projects across various job sites
- Inspect rooftop conditions and identify necessary repairs or improvements
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Communicate effectively with HVAC crews, supervisors, and project managers
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of roofing experience preferred
- Experience with commercial roofing or new construction strongly preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC-related roofing work, such as AC stands, curbs, and rooftop penetrations
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong understanding of roofing tools, materials, and safety practices
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
