As a Guest Experience & Lead Conversion Specialist you will play a crucial role in converting leads, driving sales, and ensuring a five-star experience at every touchpoint. This role is more than front desk duties, you will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize patient conversions, rebooking rates, and service upgrades.

- Works well alongside our Marketing Specialist and Front Desk Coordinator teams to optimize patient conversions, manage leads, ensure seamless operations, optimize bookings and actively contribute to revenue growth.
- Is proactive, doesn’t just answer phones but actively seeks opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first voice and face of the practice for new leads and inquiries
  • Converting leads into consultations and treatment bookings
  • Guiding patients toward the right services, packages, or membership options
  • Identifying upsell opportunities during check-in and checkout
  • Follow up with leads and previous patients to increase, re- bookings, retention and conversion rates.
  • Actively participate in membership and package sales, as well as skincare products sales and promoting patient loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about all Skintellect’s services, laser technology, skincare products, and membership offerings.
  • Assist in lead tracking and CRM management, working with the marketing team to nurture patient interest.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align promotions, social media engagement, and patient communication strategies.
  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly, including scheduling, patient check-ins, payment processing, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring seamless provider scheduling.
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and all local/federal regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Track performance metrics related to sales, re-bookings, and patient retention.
  • Maintaining professionalism, emotional intelligence, and luxury service standards

You are a great fit if You:

  • 2+ years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (Luxury MedSpa, Aesthetics, or Beauty Industry is a must).
  • Sales and lead conversion experience, goal-driven (strongly preferred).
  • Are naturally persuasive, confident, and emotionally attuned to others
  • A solid understanding of Aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and the MedSpa industry (or a strong willingness to learn quickly).
  • Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with CRM tools (bonus if you’ve used Monday.com or Zenoti)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You love engaging with people and building relationships!
  • Proactive & business-minded, always looking for ways to improve the patient experience and drive results. You understand how sales and retention impact growth.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Self-motivated: You take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
