Fast-Growing Litigation Firm Seeking Senior Paralegal in West Palm Beach, FL
A fast-growing litigation firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal with 7+ years of civil litigation experience to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is critical to supporting attorneys and partners throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case intake to trial preparation. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, organized, and eager to learn new tools and strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation (State and Federal preferred)
Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing systems
Excellent legal writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management tools (Westlaw, FileVine)
Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong willingness to learn new things and adapt to evolving firm needs
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation
Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines
Schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings for attorneys and partners
Conduct legal research and compile relevant case information
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Manage document production and electronic discovery (ESI)
Prepare exhibits, case summaries, and trial binders
Support case intake and maintain litigation tracking systems
