Requirements:
Auto Sales Consultant Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrate vehicle features, take customers for test drives and answer sales calls and emails
- Be well informed of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they meet the needs of the customer
- Maintain a prospect development system for referrals and owner follow-up for repeat business
- Meet monthly sales goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Auto Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Previous sales experience strongly desired, but not necessary. Will train friendly, outgoing, motivated candidates
- Must be a self-starter and have strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including high heat and humidity
- Professional appearance and great customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history is required as a condition of employment
- Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a drug free workplace
Schedule Requirements: The Auto Sales Consultant is required to work 5 days per week.
