Sourcing a Senior Plumbing Project Manager for a well established plumbing contractor in Palm City. This role is for an experienced leader who knows how to run clean, profitable commercial and residential plumbing projects and lead teams with structure and accountability.

The Opportunity – Senior Plumbing Project Manager
The Senior Plumbing Project Manager owns plumbing projects from pre construction through closeout across commercial and residential divisions. You will manage budgets, manpower, schedules, and communication while supporting field leadership and ensuring projects are built safely, organized, and on time.

What You Will Do – Senior Plumbing Project Manager

Lead commercial and residential plumbing projects from start to finish

Plan manpower, material flow, and job schedules

Track budgets, forecasts, and job profitability

Coordinate with general contractors, homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and suppliers

Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Support and guide superintendents and foremen

Maintain safety, quality, and schedule accountability
Ideal Senior Plumbing Project Manager
• Five or more years of plumbing project management experience in commercial and residential construction
• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing code and construction workflow
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and leadership habits
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
