Job Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
A leading compounding pharmacy is seeking a full-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, Florida. As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering premium-quality compounded medications to patients and clinics nationwide while ensuring compliance with state and national regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform sterile IV compounding on a daily basis.
- Compound capsules, nasal sprays, creams, and troches.
- Ensure compliance with USP Guidelines 797/800 and Category 3 Compliance requirements.
- Execute sterile gowning, sterile sampling, sterile fingertip glove technique, and sterile media fills.
- Participate in fulfillment and telehealth services.
- Engage in non-sterile compounding as necessary.
Essential Skills
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida.
- 2+ years of experience as a sterile compounding pharmacy technician.
- Experience with sterile IV compounding.
- Familiarity with USP Guidelines 797/800 and Category 3 Compliance requirements.
- Proficient in sterile gowning, sterile sampling, sterile fingertip glove technique, and sterile media fills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience in compounding capsules, nasal sprays, creams, and troches.
- 2+ years of experience as a non-sterile compounding pharmacy technician.
Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite in a sterile environment within a compounding pharmacy. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a closed-door setting with no patient contact, fostering a team environment where you will primarily work at the bench and occasionally pivot to answer phones.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jupiter, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
