Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) - SNF
Location: Port Charlotte
We are seeking full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for the Port Charlotte area. The primary role involves Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday. We are looking for dedicated providers enthusiastic about patient care.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience (DOE)

On-Call: One weekend every 6–8 weeks

PTO: 10 days paid vacation

CME: 3 days

Responsibilities

Perform Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday.

Be available for On-call one weekend every 6–8 weeks.

Be responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation.

Perform responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
Requirements

Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience - Required

Graduate from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) program - Required

State Licensure for APRN or PA - Required

Ability to work autonomously.
