- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- State certification or licensure in early childhood education.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
