As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs that enhance organizational performance and address key client challenges. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in root cause analytics, contact center operations, industry trends, process improvement and client collaboration. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving and an ability to foster strong relationships with clients.

How you can take Ownership of this role:

  • Possess the ability to assess and enhance contact center operations and organizational workflows
  • Confidently able to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement
  • Extensive experience in developing training programs tailored to improving contact center efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the employee experience
  • Organized with a strong capacity to prioritize objectives with little to no assistance, find issues, and create and execute resolutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate professionally and efficiently with both clients and team members

What you will bring to the table:

  • A demonstrable and deep understanding in the application of the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop, implement, and assess and create effective training programs
  • 5+ years of Call Center experience
  • 5+ years experience in training and curriculum design
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using Articulate
  • Experience in a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • The capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously

What you may bring to the table:

  • Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience in Six Sigma methodology
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline
  • Project Management certification (PMO,CAPM)
