Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with mid-rise, commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
