Join our dynamic and fully remote legal team at Law Office of Dianne Grant. We represent homeowners, HOAs, and businesses in property damage and insurance litigation—and that includes everything from presuit negotiations to trial.
What You’ll Handle:

Manage a caseload from presuit through litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Conduct and defend depositions (remotely and in person).

Represent clients at court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement conferences.

Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case’s needs.

Maintain open, transparent communication with clients about case progress and expectations.

Collaborate virtually with the legal team to meet deadlines and deliver stellar results.
What You Bring:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active and in-good-standing Florida Bar license.

1–5 years of litigation experience—insurance or property damage experience is a strong plus.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Self-motivated and tech-savvy—comfortable working remotely using standard office tools and case management systems.
