What You'll Do:
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
- Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
- Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
