Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, located in Jupiter, FL. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive care, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The role involves conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure
• Experience in family practice, chronic disease management, and geriatric care
• Skills in conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and prescribing medications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
