Key Responsibilities
· Assist with the hiring, training, and management of our swim instructors, trainers, and deck supervisors.
· Provide exceptional customer service to our clients as it relates to our aquatics program.
· Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained and company policies are consistently enforced.
· Travel occasionally to nearby locations as needed for business operations.
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role with direct leadership responsibilities
· Must currently have or can obtain Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, and WSI certifications.
· Proven strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
· A positive attitude and a genuine team-first mindset.
· Availability of at least two weekdays until 9:00 PM and one weekend day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
