At Autism 911, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As a BCBA with Autism911 , you will be responsible for overseeing ABA programs, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring that each client receives effective and individualized treatment. This role requires a passion for helping children, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and assessment results.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
- Monitor progress through data collection and make data-driven decisions to update treatment plans.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and professional standards in line with BACB guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, parent training sessions, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if providing in-home services).
- Must be able to pass background checks and meet all credentialing requirements.

- Second Interview: A clinical interview with the Clinical Director to assess your fit with our team and clients.
- Offer & Onboarding: Selected candidates will receive a formal offer, followed by onboarding and orientation.
- As part of our process, please download the Autism 911 application. This platform is used to manage and assign real-time cases. By doing so, you’ll be able to view cases currently in need of a BCBA, giving you insight into the individuals and families we support.
