Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Per Diem Pharmacist role within a concierge pharmacy setting that specializes in same or next-day medication delivery via courier. The pharmacy operates primarily as a closed-door facility but may offer limited medication pick-up options. This role is ideal for a pharmacist licensed in Florida who has skills in retail pharmacy practice and is comfortable managing pharmacy operations during scheduled shifts.
Location:
- Homestead, FL
Schedule:
- Fridays: 2/6, 2/13, 2/20
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including dispensing medications accurately
- Open and close the pharmacy according to policies and procedures
- Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and compliant workflow
- Utilize pharmacy software (Pioneer Rx) for documentation and dispensing processes
Qualifications:
- Current Florida pharmacist licensure required
- Experience in retail pharmacy environments preferred
- Strong familiarity with managing pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy technicians
- Proficiency in pharmacy dispensing software such as Pioneer Rx
