We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager / Business Developer to lead our high-performing team, optimize patient experience, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.

Location: Sunny Isles, FL (must reside within 15 miles of the spa)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays in place of a weekday
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
Start Date: September 2, 2025
Training & Advancement: Ongoing support, leadership development, and clear paths for growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and compliance

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of providers and support staff to achieve excellence

  • Analyze KPIs (revenue, utilization, rebooking, client retention) and adjust strategy accordingly

  • Drive client acquisition and retention initiatives through quality service and outreach

  • Develop and launch new services based on industry trends and patient demand

  • Manage digital marketing efforts in collaboration with internal and external teams

  • Ensure a luxury, seamless, and safe client experience at every touchpoint

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan business development and potential expansion

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 3+ years in spa, med spa, or aesthetics management

  • Proven success in team leadership, revenue growth, and client satisfaction

  • Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments (injectables, lasers, skincare, body treatments)

  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, KPIs, and sales reporting

  • Tech-savvy (CRM/POS, scheduling, inventory systems, social media)

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Highly organized, positive, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
