Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal Commercial Real Estate to join its dynamic Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm setting, with demonstrated expertise in title and survey matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale closing documents
- Assist with the preparation and review of loan documents, including UCC Financing Statements
- Coordinate real estate transaction closings, maintain closing checklists, manage signature page packages, and prepare and review settlement statements
- Order and review title and survey documents, prepare objection letters, memoranda, and escrow closing letters, and address title exceptions
- Gather and review due diligence materials including zoning/government compliance letters, UCC/judgment searches, and entity authority documents
- Review and abstract UCC/judgment/lien search results and prepare related analyses
- Obtain and evaluate zoning reports and conduct zoning analyses
- Draft corporate documents such as consents, resolutions, and authority documents
- Conduct lease reviews and prepare lease abstracts
- Manage the filing and recording of documents, prepare closing binders, and address post-closing matters
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years as a real estate paralegal in a law firm
- Expertise in title and survey review, including resolving title exceptions and preparing related documentation
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and concepts to ensure accuracy in legal documents and submissions
