We are a family-owned irrigation company that has proudly served South Florida since 1971. Our work spans both commercial and residential systems, with a commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team.

The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems. This position requires physical outdoor labor, a willingness to learn and follow direction, and the ability to work as part of a crew. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Install new irrigation systems including pipes, valves, timers, and sprinkler heads

• Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, electrical malfunctions, broken lines, and damaged heads

• Program and troubleshoot irrigation timers and smart controllers

• Assist with trenching, backfilling, and cleanup

• Operate hand tools and small machinery (trenchers, pipe pullers, etc.)

• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site

• Communicate effectively with crew leader and other team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to the shop

• Legal U.S. citizenship or work authorization

• No felony convictions

• Willingness to work outdoors in hot/humid weather

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Punctual, respectful, and dependable

• Ability to take direction and follow company procedures

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak season

• Start time: 7:30 AM (end time varies depending on jobs)

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
