We are a family-owned irrigation company that has proudly served South Florida since 1971. Our work spans both commercial and residential systems, with a commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team.
The Irrigation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems. This position requires physical outdoor labor, a willingness to learn and follow direction, and the ability to work as part of a crew. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training provided.
Responsibilities:

Install new irrigation systems including pipes, valves, timers, and sprinkler heads

Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, electrical malfunctions, broken lines, and damaged heads

Program and troubleshoot irrigation timers and smart controllers

Assist with trenching, backfilling, and cleanup

Operate hand tools and small machinery (trenchers, pipe pullers, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site

Communicate effectively with crew leader and other team members
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to the shop

Legal U.S. citizenship or work authorization

No felony convictions

Willingness to work outdoors in hot/humid weather

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Punctual, respectful, and dependable

Ability to take direction and follow company procedures

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Schedule:
-
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak season

Start time: 7:30 AM (end time varies depending on jobs)
