About the Role

Legendary Plumber Co. is a growing, high-volume plumbing company serving residential and property-management clients across Florida. We are hiring a Junior Project Manager / Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee job flow, support technicians, and keep projects moving from dispatch to completion.

This role supports daily operations and is designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior operations or project management position in the plumbing industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily plumbing job workflow from scheduling through close-out
• Track active jobs, technician progress, and job status
• Assist with estimate creation, job pricing, and bidding
• Coordinate materials, permits, and subcontractors when needed
• Communicate with plumbers, office staff, and property managers
• Ensure job documentation is complete (photos, notes, invoices)
• Help resolve job issues, delays, and scope changes
• Monitor job timelines, callbacks, and warranty work
• Assist ownership and operations leadership with reporting and organization
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Clear, professional communication (phone & email)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software)
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  
  

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Plumbing, construction, or home-services experience
• Estimating or job costing exposure
• Dispatch, service coordinator, or project support experience
• Familiarity with permits, inspections, or property-management work

• Starting Salary: $45,000 $55,000 (based on experience)
