Medical Receptionist acts as a liaison between the physicians and the patients by working directly with the provider to deliver high-quality compassionate customer service. We are a private practice located in Palm Beach Gardens looking for the right candidate to join our front office team.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging calls, greeting patients in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, scheduling new patients using EMR system, providing discharge instructions, collecting deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurances, scanning and document filing, knowledge of fax server, assisting with check-in and check-out, explaining fees, services, and policies, balancing out at end of each day, and managing medical records correspondences including invoicing.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of medical front office experience preferably with primary care, the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, computer skills, team player, attention to detail, positive and energetic demeanor, strong knowledge of EclinicalWorks, and bilingual Spanish a must.
Schedule - Monday through Friday no weekends, full-time.
Pay - From $16.00 per hour
