Funding Assistant
We're looking for an entry-level Funding Assistant to join our growing team! This role supports the funding department by reviewing documents, preparing files for disbursement, and making sure everything is accurate and ready to go. If you're dependable, a quick learner, and have a strong eye for detail, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with reviewing documents to ensure everything is signed and complete
- Help prepare outgoing wires and checks
- Communicate with internal team members to clear up any issues or missing info
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Support the funding team with day-to-day tasks and file management
- Learn the ins and outs of the funding process, training provided!
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and working in digital systems
- Ability to stay organized and meet daily deadlines
- Great communication and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
