POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in private residences throughout Lee County. We focus on long-term, well-matched placementsso you can build relationships, not burnout.

SCHEDULING OPTIONS

• Part-time or full-time
• Morning, afternoon, evening, or set weekly shifts
• Ongoing cases (not one-off coverage)

PAY & COMPENSATION

• $15.00 $16.50 per hour
  (Based on credentials, experience, and completed training)
• Travel time reimbursement when traveling between client shifts
• Mileage reimbursement for errands and tasks completed with clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Errands and transportation as needed
• Companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and respect

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) credential
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to work independently in clients homes
