Practice Overview

• You'll join a multi-specialty ophthalmology group with an on-site ASC and practices in Panama City, Chipley, and Panama City Beach.
• Established patient demand due to the departure of the area's only retina-only physician
• High-volume procedural and injection work available from day one
• Growth potential includes future expansion into Pensacola for candidates interested in regional outreach

Schedule

• Full-time position with autonomy over clinic and procedural scheduling
• Multiple clinic sites offer flexibility in building a patient base
• ASC access available for surgical cases
• No overnight call requirements specified

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $400,000-$500,000 based on experience
• Year-one earnings potential of $600,000-$650,000 for experienced candidates
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus production model starting year two (up to 37% above $1.7M)
• Strong income upside for injection-focused physicians covering multiple sites

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology with retina fellowship training
• Comfortable managing high-volume retina cases independently
