Key Responsibilities
- Represent both U.S. employers and foreign nationals in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, investment visas, and family-based petitions
- Handle consular processing, naturalization, and compliance before USCIS, DOL, ICE, and DOS
- Draft and manage filings with precision and strategic insight
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on complex immigration solutions
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- 2–3 years of experience in business and family-based immigration within a law firm environment
- Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
