OneLife Health & Performance, a health & aesthetic medical clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is searching for a knowledgeable patient care coordinator to join our team! We are a preventative, lifestyle medicine practice that specializes in health optimization, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, lasers, and more.

Job Duties May Include:

-Triaging Patients (taking vitals, before & after photos, etc.)

-Following up with Patients about their health & wellness plans

-Assisting with patient medication refills

-Medication Education sessions with patients

-Blood Draws

-Assisting with IV Therapy

-Prepping & Flipping Procedure Rooms

Our Patient Care Coordinators work side-by-side with our Providers to ensure the care of the patient. If you're looking for a role where you get to interact with patients and manage patient care plans- this is the job for you!

Experience with hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, medical aesthetics, and/or phlebotomy is preferred, but not required.
