The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections throughout the community to ensure all common areas, amenities, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent working condition. This role supports the Property Manager and HOA Board by helping preserve community assets, responding to resident service requests, and maintaining a clean and attractive environment.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC assistance, and general repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain common areas such as clubhouses, pools, fitness centers, parks, playgrounds, restrooms, and parking areas.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
  • Assist with landscaping support, including debris removal, irrigation checks, minor trimming, and reporting issues to landscaping vendors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of community facilities by sweeping, power-washing, trash removal, and ensuring amenities are presentable and functional.
  • Monitor lighting, signage, gates, fencing, and community infrastructure; replace bulbs and make minor adjustments as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Document completed tasks, materials used, and any follow-up work required.
  • Coordinate with management regarding resident concerns and vendor needs.
  • Assist with oversight of service providers performing specialized work such as landscaping, pool service, elevator maintenance, pest control, and janitorial services.
  • Report performance issues and confirm completion of contracted services.
  • Ensure all work complies with HOA policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, structural issues, or urgent repairs to management immediately.
  • Maintain proper use, storage, and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.



Part-Time Mon-Fri 8am-12or 1pm-5pm



Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
