Job DescriptionJr. Business Manager/Accounts Receivable
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Jr. Business Manager/Accounts Receivable Specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for a Jr. Business Manager with a strong accounting and invoicing background. Responsibilities to include:
· Meet with key customer contact(s) at start of job to establish communication stream.
· Ensure proper set up initial work order.
· Generate weekly invoices for each work order and review with Project Manager.
· Analyze project invoices for time recording, or material purchase issues before submitting to customer.
· Finalize invoices with any changes from Project Manager or issue identified when analyzing the project and submitting to customer.
· Review and assist Project Mangers with outstanding receivables.
You are a good fit if:
· 2-5 years of accounting experience
· Great customer service skills
· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
