Our client, a dynamic and successful fast-growing company based in the Medley area, is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator and Account Manager to join their outstanding team.

Responsibilities
- • Acquire deep knowledge of solutions and services offered by the company, including technical specs and competitive strengths, to provide informed advice and tailored support to clients.
- Analyze project details, including drawings and technical requirements to outline scope.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings to evaluate project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop accurate and competitive technical proposals and bids aligned with client specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and vendors to gather pricing and technical details for proposals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding technical questions and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and distributors by providing proactive support, consistent follow-ups, and ongoing communication.
- Manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and monitor progress in the internal CRM.
- Collect client feedback to improve services and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and field teams to drive client satisfaction and support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Attend various events and trade shows to expand visibility, increase network of contacts and promote our services and solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and support business growth strategies.
- Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management on a regular basis, while supporting additional tasks as assigned.

- Demonstrated success in technical sales, estimating, and account management within the electrical or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and their application in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proven capability to assess project variables, produce reliable estimates, and respond to client concerns with effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, andproposal development.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and implement sales strategies that result in increased revenue and business expansion.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and estimating software
- Stays inf ormed on evolving regulations, technical codes, and cutting-edge technologies relevantto the field.
- Team-oriented individual skilled in partnering with both field operations and technicaldepartments to achieve shared goals.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
