PGA Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is organized, motivated, and ready to take ownership of patient care coordination and office flow. Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities
- Present dental treatment plan options clearly and compassionately
- Guide patients through financial arrangements and third-party financing
- Enter and track treatment plans
- Manage doctors surgical schedules
- Coordinate new patient appointments
- Discuss insurance plans with patients
- Assist with social media and community engagement
- Handle patient statements and accounts receivable
- Ensure smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day
