What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and safety-focused professionals
- Experience in event setup, structures, seating, staging
- Skilled with equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead crews
- Customer-service oriented
- Flexible with schedule and travel
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Familiar with diagrams, floor plans, and tape measures

- Experiencia en montaje de eventos, estructuras, asientos, escenarios
- Habilidad para manejar equipos (montacargas, plataformas elevadoras, etc.)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar cuadrillas
- Orientación al servicio al cliente
- Flexibilidad de horario y disponibilidad para viajar
- Capacidad física para levantar hasta 100 lbs (45 kg)
- Familiaridad con diagramas, planos y cintas métricas
