The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to helping children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.

As a SNAP (Stop Now & Plan) Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for SNAP Boys and Girls and the day-to-day operation of the program.

Some of the Functions Include:

  • Developing and ensuring the implementation of an annual SNAP® work plan; participates in long¬ term planning;
  • Maintain regular communication with designated Florida Network Staff for program consultation and fidelity adherence monitoring for the SNAP® services;
  • Complete SNAP® for Youth Facilitator Training and all other required trainings;
  • Ensure equipment set up for groups (Raspberry Pi, Tablets, projector/TV, speakers, camera, etc.);
  • Facilitate SNAP® for Youth Groups and completes fidelity adherence checklist for weekly groups;
  • Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to streamline referral process;
  • Ensure that team pre and de-briefing meetings occur for each group session with all SNAP® for Youth Case Managers;
  • Ensure all data and/or videos are entered within three (3) business days into OneDrive;
  • Maintains adherence to completion timeline for NETMIS, JJIS, SNAP Data Collection Spreadsheet;
  • Ensure all intake and discharge data/measures are collected (SSIS, SSIS 2, and HIT);
  • Ensure all client files are complete, accurate and comprehensive with updated information recorded in a timely manner;
  • Willingness to work nontraditional business hours including evenings when Groups are scheduled;
  • Present information by way of Brochures, Flyers and making presentations at Community Events, attend various community meetings in the targeted areas in the Community. Recruitment for program referrals to assist in increased referrals received monthly
  • Ensure staff training activities, which are consistent with the Center’s philosophy, policies and procedures;
  • Submit monthly and quarterly statistics are required; monitor professional quality and maintenance of record keeping consistent with regulations and agency policies.

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Social Work or relevant human service degree required. A minimum of three years related experience in one or more of the following areas: social services, juvenile justice, court-involved youth/families, program management or administration, program monitoring.
  • Parent education groups is required; previous research and community/agency liaison experience is desired.

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are essential. A solid knowledge of the rules of grammar and punctuation are required.
  • Computer Skills that allow for creating Word and Excel documents are required. The ability to upload videos to Dropbox and use Video Conferencing Programs like Zoom is required.
  • Must have knowledge of methods of compiling. Must have knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
  • Must display professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes response to feedback, direction, suggestions, accepting responsibility, working as a team player, volunteering when needed, reporting whereabouts, promoting a cohesive working environment. Must also display professionalism in communications and on-going working relationship with outside agencies and organizations.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly to clients in person and over the telephone.
