About Us
Stuart Cardiology Group is a leading cardiovascular practice on the Treasure Coast. We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our imaging team. We are open to full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.
Position Summary
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing cardiac PET/CT and SPECT imaging, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and ensuring a safe, positive experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET/CT and SPECT imaging following established protocols
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and pharmacologic agents
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment; complete QC procedures
- Monitor patients and respond to adverse reactions
- Educate and support patients throughout testing
- Ensure compliance with all radiation safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- ARRT (N), NMTCB, or CNMT certification required
- State of Florida Nuclear Medicine Technologist license required
- Experience with cardiac imaging preferred
