🔧What You’ll Do
As a Crane Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for servicing and repairing cranes in the field. You’ll troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain complex systems—often as the sole technician on-site—making you the face of our company to our valued clients.
This role offers a dynamic mix of home-based work and travel, with all expenses covered and plenty of notice for trips. Occasionally, you’ll work at heights using a scissor lift or by climbing, so a sense of adventure is a plus!
🛠️Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair 3-phase motors, PLCs, and power circuits
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Perform inspections to meet industry standards
- Represent the company professionally and independently on-site
- Operate a company vehicle (MVR check required)
⚙️What You Bring
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with high-voltage systems and preventive maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Confidence working at heights and in diverse environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

🌍Work Environment
- Travel up to 40% of the time (with prior notice)
- Work in varied environments, including at heights and around high-voltage equipment
- Based out of Lakeland, Florida

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
