Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Aviation Company in search of a detail-oriented and data-driven Spare Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer satisfaction by coordinating responses to customer inquiries. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate issue resolution for delivery problems, ensuring timely communication and action.
- Collect, process, and manage data from suppliers and/or customers regarding spare parts provisioning and service requirements.
- Enter, track, and monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and returns using internal systems.
- Support cross-functional teams in managing spare parts logistics and inventory processes.
- Analyze and manipulate data using Excel and other tools to support reporting and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers via written and verbal communication
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data and various internal systems.
