Busy Orthopedic office is looking for an experienced surgery scheduler.

• Must have surgery scheduling experience, experience in orthopedics preferred
• Able to schedule with multiple hospitals, for a busy orthopedic office
• Insurance knowledge, and surgical authorization experience a must
• Able to multi-task, and be well organized
• Able to obtain medical clearance, and all testing that is required for surgery
• Primary location Lake Mary, will need to travel to Oviedo
• Orthopedic CPT code and ICD-10 knowledge
• Also need to be able to travel to the Oviedo, and Lake Underhill locations

We have three orthopedic surgeon's that performs a high volume of orthopedic surgeries weekly. Both of our locations are opened daily with our mid-levels seeing patients when the surgeon is in the OR. This is a fast paced work environment, candidates must be willing to multi-task, and adapt to change as needed.
