Overview

We are hiring an experienced Residential Remodeling Punch-Out Carpenter to handle final-phase carpentry and detail work on residential remodeling projects. This position is ideal for a reliable finish carpenter who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and understands the importance of project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

Complete punch-list and final carpentry tasks on residential remodels
Install and adjust trim, baseboard, casing, doors, and hardware
Perform finish carpentry, caulking, drywall patching, and touch-ups
Repair minor framing, cabinetry, and millwork issues
Identify and correct quality issues before homeowner walkthroughs
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners
Follow company standards and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

3+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
Professional attitude when working in occupied homes

Preferred (Not Required)

High-end residential remodeling experience
Basic drywall, painting, or tile repair skills
OSHA 10 or safety training
