Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base DOEThe Role
This is a Project Manager role supporting ground-up multifamily construction in South Florida.
We are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers who have already been responsible for managing active multifamily projects and are comfortable owning the day-to-day execution alongside field leadership.
This role is best suited for someone who understands how multifamily projects actually run and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the West Palm Beach market.
Experience We Are Looking For
You should have experience with:
- Ground-up multifamily construction
- Mid-rise, podium, wood-frame, or concrete projects
- Managing scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Daily use of Procore for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Working closely with Superintendents and field teams
- Supporting or managing projects in the $30M+ range
- Florida construction experience required
Backgrounds focused primarily on TI, hospitality, civil, or infrastructure are less likely to align.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day project management on active multifamily projects
- Subcontractor coordination and scope management
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications in Procore
- Schedule updates, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Supporting buyout and contract execution
- Coordination with Superintendents, ownership, and design teams
- Accountability for quality, schedule, and budget
