Market General Manager-
JACKSONVILLE, FL
Are you a hands-on leader with a track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance? We’re looking for a Market General Manager to oversee distribution and retail operations in the Jacksonville, FL surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, P&L ownership, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do

Lead a Distribution Team – Manage ~16 employees across three locations: a distribution center, retail store, and warehouse.

Own Financial Performance – Full P&L responsibility, including budget planning, reporting, and continuous improvement for a business selling 75,000+ units annually.

Grow Customer Relationships – Strengthen B2B partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand sales across your territory.

Drive Operational Excellence – Optimize logistics, inventory management, and processes in a newly acquired market.

Field-Based Leadership – Travel regularly across your three locations with company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base + IOT bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a team of ~16 employees across multiple sites.

Monitor KPIs, financial reports, and scorecards to ensure business success.

Execute best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or distribution.

Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial planning experience.

B2B customer management or sales experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Team-oriented, hands-on leadership style with focus on accountability.
