Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Delivery:

- Perform a variety of laser and light-based procedures, including Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photofacials, Laser Skin Resurfacing, and Pigmentation/Vascular treatments.
- Customize treatment parameters based on client skin type, condition, and desired outcomes (e.g., Fitzpatrick scale assessment).
- Client Care & Consultation:

- Conduct thorough client consultations, reviewing medical history, assessing skin, and clearly explaining the benefits, risks, and post-treatment expectations.
- Develop and recommend personalized, multi-session treatment plans.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the entire procedure.
- Safety & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate client records, documenting all treatment parameters and securing informed consent.
- Strictly adhere to all HIPAA regulations and spa health and safety protocols.
- Perform routine checks and ensure the safe operation of all laser equipment.
- Retail & Education:

- Recommend complementary medical-grade skincare products and future services to enhance client results.
- Stay current on new aesthetic technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Current and valid certification or licensure as a Laser Technician.
