Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, listing, leasing, and selling commercial properties while providing top-tier service throughout the transaction process.
The licensed agent will be paid weekly. This is a great opportunity to learn the business as you earn.
This is a 100% commission based position. 90% commission split to agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
- Prepare and present property proposals, marketing packages, and investment analyses.
- Negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Conduct property tours and coordinate showings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local zoning laws, market trends, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Utilize CRM systems and marketing platforms to track and manage prospects and transactions.
Qualifications
- Must have proven commercial real estate experience.
- Must be a licensed real estate agent.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
