Job DescriptionWe’re growing! First Impression Doors and More, a trusted leader in high-quality impact doors and windows, is seeking an experienced and reliable Service Technician to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing installed fiberglass and aluminum doors, as well as impact windows. Your work will ensure our customers continue to enjoy the safety, performance, and quality they expect from our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve service issues with installed doors and windows
- Perform adjustments, hardware replacements, sealing, and minor repairs
- Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners and builders
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in door and window installation or service
- Knowledge of fiberglass and aluminum products
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and fit/finish issues
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on ladders
