Interim Health-Care is looking for an extremely motivated Home Health Aide to provide Private Duty Care for 1 Client in&nbsp;Crestview, up to 30&nbsp; hrs weekly
<ul>
<li>Excellent Communication</li>
<li>Assist client with ADLs and maintaining a clean and safe environment</li>
<li>Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization</li>
<li>Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>6 months experience in healthcare</li>
<li>Florida CNA License or HHA Certification</li>
<li>Current&nbsp;CPR</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License</li>
<li>Proof of Current Car Insurance</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
