**Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in developing action plans.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in project management or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a bonus.
