Job Title: Maintenance & Repair Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Summary:
The Maintenance & Repair Manager oversees all maintenance operations across the property portfolio. This role ensures properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations while managing maintenance staff, vendors, budgets, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties

Manage and schedule in-house technicians and third-party vendors

Conduct routine property inspections to identify repair needs and preventative maintenance opportunities

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs

Oversee work order systems and ensure timely completion of service requests

Manage maintenance budgets, approve invoices, and control costs

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations

Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management
-
2+ years in a supervisory or management role

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural)

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities

Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, contractor license, etc.) preferred
