Success in this role will be measured by delivery of scalable cloud architecture standards, transparency and reduction of infrastructure costs, consistency and reliability of deployments, and improved cloud reliability and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- This role is expected to operate as a hands-on leader (“player/coach”), particularly during the build-out phase of the Cloud COE over the next 12-18 months.
- Lead a cross-functional cloud engineering team (initially ~2-4 FTE direct reports) + collaborators on sister teams.
- Lead the Cloud Center of Excellence in alignment with engineering priorities, including SaaS RCE scalability, ClaimStaker cloud migration, and standardization of public cloud architecture and operations.
- Own the execution of Aptarro’s cloud roadmap in partnership with Product, Operations, and IT.
