Sign-On Incentive

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time Night Shift Positions Only

CompensationHourly Pay (Based on Experience)

• Under 1 year: $27.42/hr

• 2–3 years: $29.89/hr

• 4–5 years: $31.12/hr

• 6–7 years: $32.36/hr

• 9–10+ years: $33.59/hr

• 16+ years: $36.95/hr

Shift Differentials

• Night Shift: +$4.25/hr

• Weekend Shift: +$3.00/hr

Additional Incentives

• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Nights)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dedicated Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to join a high-acuity acute care hospital environment in Gainesville, Florida. This opportunity offers strong exposure to critical care, cardiovascular services, and advanced respiratory therapies.

The role is ideal for both experienced respiratory therapists and qualified CRTs seeking professional growth within a comprehensive medical center while working consistent night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine and advanced respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management

• Set up, operate, and maintain invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation equipment

• Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis

• Monitor patient response to therapies and medications, reporting outcomes and side effects

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families

• Educate patients, families, and clinical staff as appropriate

• Identify and report patient safety concerns in accordance with policy

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Comply with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred

• Experience considered from ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or other critical care settings

• Home care and long-term care experience will also be considered

• CRT candidates are welcome to apply

• Active Florida Respiratory Therapy License

• NBRC Credential (RRT or CRT)

• BLS (AHA) required

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP must be obtained within 30 days of start date
