Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to provide expert imaging services in Seminole, FL. This travel opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting acute care patients while ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven MRI expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the departments success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI examinations in compliance with departmental protocols and MRI safety standards
- Guarantee patient and staff safety in relation to the magnetic field and equipment use
- Maintain MRI equipment and exam room readiness
- Support and mentor students and fellow technologists
- Manage workflow efficiently, including ancillary duties
- Be available for on-call shifts as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years acute care MRI experience, with preferred prior MRI Lead role
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging techniques
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- On-call responsibilities as outlined
