Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, FL. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and managing cases. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients' needs, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring clients' progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Experience in Social Work and Mental Health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental health Counseling, or a related field
• Current state licensure or seeking licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Florida
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Billingual In Spanish is a Plus
