We are looking for a Baker/Mixer who will perform duties related to the daily production of baked goods. This will include mixing, dividing, shaping, proofing, and baking all bread and bakery products. In addition, you will be working in unison with other Bakery Team Members to ensure that the bread production process runs smoothly. Shift 1pm to 11pm, 4 -5 days a week. We need experienced mixer.
The role involves ensuring that dough is mixed to the correct consistency and quality, adhering to product specifications, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout the mixing process. The Bread Stick Mixer will work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient production of bread sticks, meeting production schedules and quality standards
